Technical support is the hands-on advice we give so that the fragrance, flavour or extract you buy is used at the right dosage, at the right stage and with the expected performance in your product. The goal is not only to supply raw materials but to help you produce consistently and without problems.
What do we support you with?
- Dosage: a starting dosage recommendation based on product type and target intensity.
- Base compatibility: how the fragrance behaves in soap, detergent, candle wax or a cosmetic base, and fixes for cloudiness, separation or viscosity changes.
- Stability and colour: alternatives where components such as vanillin may darken the product over time.
- Addition stage: at what temperature and production stage the fragrance should be added.
- Documentation: requesting and interpreting the technical information your product file needs (e.g. safety data sheet, allergen information).
Why does it matter?
Choosing the right scent is only half the job. A fragrance added at the wrong dosage or stage can cause weak scent, fast fading, discolouration or a broken product structure. Small early tests prevent costly mistakes in batch production.
