This policy explains which data is processed and how cookies are used when you visit ottoria.com.tr.
Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies
These are required for the website to work and do not depend on your consent:
- ottoria_consent: Remembers your cookie choice (accept or decline) for 6 months.
- Administration session cookie: Used only in the administration panel so that site administrators can stay securely signed in.
- ottoria_notrack: Set only in the browsers of site administrators who sign in to the administration panel, so that their own visits are left out of site statistics; kept for 2 years.
- Security cookies: Our security and content delivery provider may set strictly necessary technical cookies to block malicious traffic.
Marketing cookies (Meta Pixel)
Used only when the Meta Pixel is enabled on the site and unless you choose Decline in your cookie preferences (they stay active if you make no choice):
- _fbp and _fbc (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., up to 90 days): Used to measure the effectiveness of our ads, show ads to relevant audiences and match actions on the site (viewing pages and products, submitting the quote form, clicking phone/WhatsApp/email links) to ads.
- Conversions API: Unless you have declined marketing cookies, when you submit the quote form your email address, phone number and name are one-way hashed (SHA-256) on our server and sent to Meta together with your IP address and browser information, so that the action is measured even if the browser blocks the pixel.

Changing your choice
You can decline or accept marketing cookies at any time via the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page. When you decline, the pixel stops and Meta cookies are deleted from your browser. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
Server logs
To keep the website secure, technical logs such as IP address, time of visit, requested page and browser information are kept for a limited period.
Visit statistics
To understand how the site is used, we keep anonymous statistics without cookies: the pages opened, time spent and scroll depth on each page, where visitors come from (e.g. a search engine or social media), device and browser type, country, and quote form and contact link clicks. Your IP address is not stored for this purpose; to group visits within the same day only, a one-way code is derived from your IP address and browser information with a secret key that changes every day. The code changes the next day and cannot be used to identify you. Records are kept for at most 400 days.
