This notice is issued by Ottoria Esans ve Koku Kimya Sanayi (the "Company") as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to inform you about the personal data processed through the ottoria.com.tr website.
Personal data we process
Through the contact and quote form we process the full name, email address, phone number, company or brand name, service of interest and message you share with us, as well as the IP address and browser information recorded for website security.
When the Meta Pixel is enabled on the site and unless you decline marketing cookies, we also process through it the pages you visit, the products you view, your actions on the site (submitting the quote form, clicking phone/WhatsApp/email links), cookie identifiers, IP address and browser/device information, and, when you submit the quote form, a one-way hashed (SHA-256) version of your email address, phone number and name.

Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the grounds that processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, is necessary for the data controller to comply with a legal obligation, and is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed. Marketing cookies (Meta Pixel) and the related sharing with Meta take place unless you choose Decline in your cookie preferences; declining does not affect your use of the site or the handling of your quote request.
Method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact form on our website and, unless you decline marketing cookies, automatically through cookies.
Transfers
Your personal data may be shared, only for the purposes above and with appropriate security measures, with our hosting, email and content delivery network (CDN) providers and, upon request, with authorised public authorities. As part of CDN and security services, technical data such as IP addresses may be processed on servers located outside Turkey.
Unless you decline marketing cookies, the data collected through the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API as described above is transferred for ad measurement to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and, through it, to servers abroad, including in the United States, in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK. You can decline marketing cookies at any time via the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page.
Retention
Personal data related to your request is retained for the periods required by law and for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose of processing, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Turkey or abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction, request notification of these actions to third parties, object to results against you arising exclusively from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
