Ottoria Esans ve Koku Kimya Sanayi is a supplier of fragrance compounds, flavours and plant extracts based in Arnavutköy, Istanbul, Turkey. With around 20 years of industry experience, the company supplies fragrances to manufacturers of perfumes and deodorants, personal care, hair and skin care, laundry and household cleaning products, candles and home fragrance; food flavours to confectionery producers; and powdered and liquid plant extracts, hydrosols, aromatic oils and industrial fragrance raw materials to the cosmetics and food industries. Ottoria provides technical support on choosing a fragrance for a product type and base and on dosage, prepares samples and develops bespoke fragrances for brands. The international reference for safe fragrance levels in cosmetics and household products is the IFRA (International Fragrance Association) Standards, and the list of fragrance allergens that must be declared on cosmetic labels was extended by EU Regulation 2023/1545.
